LONG WHITE is a baguette-shaped loaf with a crunchy, salty crisp crust and a moist, tender, crumpet-like interior $9
RUSTIC OAT & MOLASSES BROWN BREAD is a chunky, country-style loaf incorporating whole wheat flour, coarse oats and molasses & Covered in crunchy fennel, pumpkin, sunflower and black sesame seeds, it has a texture very similar to Vogel $11
We also make a Gluten Free Loaf on Wednesdays and Saturdays $12
This loaf is similar in texture to our Rustic Brown being moist and delicious. Perfect fresh for sandwiches or toasted at any time. It incorporates buckwheat, brown rice, tapioca, potato flours; flaxseeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup and molasses into a dense and delicious moist loaf. We usually have a few sliced loaves in the freezer if you can’t make it on the baking days 😊
It doesn’t hurt to let us know the day before, if you want a few extra loaves and we’ll make them especially for you.
